I am evaluating SlideDog for use in a multi-team environment and setup a playlist containing 10 powerpoint presentations. I am using the latestversion of PowerPoint on Windows 11 pro. When I clicked Start Show a loading dialog appeared in the centre of a black screen (with advice not to touch the keyboard or mouse). After a few seconds of loading the application appeared to hang and so I waited for over 10 minutes, the application was frozen.
I hit alt-Tab to see what was happening, the attached error dialog was hiding behind the application. I am not able to make any further progress. Is there a fix available for this?
